Built entirely from stainless steel and featuring a thick, heat absorbent, refractory stone base, the Zanolli Citizen 9 is a large capacity single deck gas pizza oven that can accommodate nine standard sized (12" or 13") pizzas at any one time.

The oven has upper and lower heating elements, both of which are controlled by simple to use rotary dials. There is also a clear viewing window and an internal light, allowing staff to monitor the cooking process and ensure that each pizza is perfect prior to serving.
