The Sierra range SRPO-60G is a full size, single deck oven with dimensions (WDH) of 60" x 42" x 58". The oven chamber has one, 1-1/2" Fibra-ment stone with a 7" deck height and independently controlled top heat to damper the oven's temperature for an even cook. The temperature range is 300 - 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Ovens are shipped from the factory ready for natural gas installation, and a liquid propane conversion kit is included with each unit.
This pizza deck oven has a heavy duty construction with a high quality stainless steel top, front, sides, and legs. Additionally, the doors are insulated and spring-loaded. The oven has tubular type burners that are designed with 12" spacing to evenly distribute the heat.
